3 year limited warranty
2 Feathers Innovations warrants to the original consumer purchaser for three (3) years from the date of purchase that 2 Feathers Innovations Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is only applicable to Products used in applications within the United States and Canada and is not transferable to subsequent owners. Should defects in material or workmanship exist during the applicable warranty period in any 2 Feathers Innovations Product, 2 Feathers Innovations will elect at its discretion to either repair or replace the defective material. This warranty covers only parts and materials of the Products supplied by 2 Feathers Innovations. Not covered under this warranty are any third party attachments used by the purchaser. This warranty shall become void if the products are in any way modified. Furthermore, this warranty will not apply to products damaged by misuse, neglect, abuse, acts of God, prolonged exposure to moisture, prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures, normal incidental deterioration such as nicks, scratches, abrasions and natural aging whether resulting from the effects of normal wear and tear or abnormal use. These variations are considered to be the nature of the material in relation to their environmental exposure and are not covered under this warranty.
2 Feathers Innovations reserves the right to alter design, specifications and material without obligation to make similar changes to Products previously manufactured. The repair(s) or replacement(s) are contingent upon the current Product offerings of styles and manufacturing options within the 2 Feathers Innovations Products at the time of the warranty claim. If a warranty claim is filed after a 2 Feathers Innovations Product becomes obsolete, 2 Feathers Innovations reserves the right to honour the warranty in the following fashion: To replace the affected component with a new component of the same style. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND 2 FEATHERS INNOVATIONS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY NONETHELESS EXIST BY OPERATION OF LAW, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION PROVIDED BY LAW. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state and province to province. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If this Limited Warranty is deemed to have failed of its essential purpose, in no event will 2 Feathers Innovations entire liability exceed the lesser of the Product’s or the non-conforming component’s purchase price.
